CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment may apply.

Cancellation policies exist because no shows and late cancellations affect all of us. 

• They affect the therapist. They lose out on compensation as that spot becomes hard to fill at the last minute.

• They affect other clients. When you take up a spot, nobody else can book it. 

• They affect you. Your rehabilitation relies on consistency.

However, we get that life happens! We understand that our Winnipeg weather is unpredictable, or that our kids may become suddenly ill. Give us a call or reach out to us if this does happen to you and we will absolutely understand.
